Clearing land with invasive weeds on it
Flailing or digging through Japanese knotweed, bamboo or Himalayan balsam turns a contained problem into a site-wide one, and moving that soil off site without the right paperwork is an offence. On every clearance we survey for invasive species first and either treat, contain or remove them under a documented method statement.
What site clearance costs
Small residential plots typically start around £600–£1,500. Quarter-acre overgrown sites usually fall between £2,000 and £5,000 depending on waste volume and access. Brownfield and commercial land is priced after survey — we always split vegetation, waste disposal and invasive weed works so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
