Commercial Contract Weed Control
A written contract removes the guesswork from weed control budgeting: fixed visit dates, fixed pricing and a defined service level agreement that your finance team can plan against a year in advance.
Service Level Agreements
Response times, visit frequencies and treatment standards defined in writing before the first invoice is raised.
Scheduled Cyclical Visits
Spring and autumn treatment cycles built around growth patterns rather than a fixed calendar quarter.
Evidence-Based Sign-Off
Every visit closed out with photographic evidence against the agreed specification.
Fixed Annual Pricing
One annual figure agreed up front, payable monthly or quarterly to suit your accounting cycle.
Dedicated Account Manager
A named contact who knows your sites, history and any recurring problem areas.
Contract-Backed Guarantees
Treatment failures within the contract period are re-worked at no extra cost under the agreed terms.

Why a contract beats ad hoc call-outs
Reactive spraying, booked whenever weeds become visible enough to complain about, is almost always more expensive per treatment than a scheduled contract and produces worse results because growth is tackled too late in its cycle. A written contract fixes visit timing to the point where herbicide uptake is most effective, which reduces the total number of visits needed across a season.
What sits inside the SLA
Our service level agreements specify visit windows, maximum acceptable regrowth between visits, response time for reported problem areas, and the escalation route if a standard is missed. This gives facilities and estate managers a document they can point to in board reports or tenant correspondence rather than relying on informal assurances.
Contract lengths and flexibility
Most clients start on a 12-month term with an option to extend to three years at a locked price, which is particularly useful for managing agents who need budget certainty across a service charge period.
